Our biscottini with chestnuts and chocolate are obtained from the artisanal processing of excellent-quality ingredients including flour, sugar, eggs, butter, chestnut flour and dark chocolate drops. We make sure that our ingredients are always fresh and come from the best farms. The flour we use comes from the best quality chestnuts, as well as dark chocolate. When the biscotto has obtained the shape of a stick, it is ready to be baked. Once cooled, the biscottini can be packaged in sealed, food-grade bags and then placed in decorated cardboard boxes. The consistency of the biscotto is crunchy at the first bite but thanks to the top-quality butter, they immediately melt in the mouth releasing their sweet taste. The taste is the perfect mix between the bitterness of dark chocolate and the sweetness of chestnuts.
