Our mission
With the same love, enthusiasm and dedication with which a small plant is cared for, Fabbrica del Panforte was built with the aim of re-proposing and introducing to the world these traditional Sienese desserts in their ultimate expression: the one that has come down to us through history.
Traditional recipes
For the production of its desserts, Fabbrica del Panforte draws from the past from the original recipes of the Sienese confectionery tradition, inherited from the panforte masters. With the awareness that table products are an essential part of the culture and lifestyle of a community, Sienese confectionary represent the distinctive features of the Sienese people: simple, straightforward, original and natural.

Fabbrica del Panforte is located a few kilometres from Siena, which greets us every day with a beauty still capable of bringing tears to our eyes.
