A meticulous search for suppliers, who we have been working with for many years, has allowed us to select reliable producers for our ingredients and guarantee consistent quality over time. Each of our ingredients must be of the highest quality in order to blend well with all the others and obtain a product with a harmonious taste.

Choice

The choice of each single ingredient has always been made according to the product for which it is to be used. In products like ours, where there is a main ingredient (for example, almonds in ricciarelli) if you do not aim for quality, the product will inevitably be poor. This is something we cannot afford.

Origin

The origin of our ingredients is varied because we want to select only the best ones: such as almonds from Puglia, candied fruit from a trusted partner that only makes traditional candy, Ceylon cinnamon, and eggs and honey chosen by Italian producers we trust.

Taste

The taste of our products is the result of our choices. Choices that require time and sometimes effort but which fill us with satisfaction in being able to offer you products that we are 100% sure of. Good things never come about by chance; this is something we know well.
