Ingredienti: Candied orange peels, candied citron and melon (Fruit, Glucose-fructose syrup, Sucrose, Acidulant: citric acid), Almonds, Sugar (Sugar, corn starch), Wheat flour, Inverted sugar, Honey, Mixed spices, Wafer (Potato starch). May contain traces of Soy, Hazelnuts, Walnuts and Milk.

Our Panforte is the result of the processing and subsequent baking of a mixture based on quality ingredients: flour, candied fruit, almonds, sugars, honey and spices. The PGI designation, as well as giving us something to be proud of, guarantees a rigorous control of the production process combined with the use of top-quality ingredients. The almonds we use are of the best quality and are selected by hand to avoid any possible impurities. They are of Italian origin, mainly from Apulia, soft, tasty and rich in essential oils that define their aroma. The candied fruit is processed with traditional techniques, in order to reach an optimal level of softness and sweetness. Once cooled, each Panforte is sprinkled with powdered sugar and wrapped manually and individually. Panforte Margherita has the most delicate taste among traditional panforti.
