Ingredients: Candied orange peels, candied citron and melon (Fruit, Glucose-fructose syrup, Sucrose, Acidulant: citric acid), Almonds, Sugar (Sugar, corn starch), Wheat flour, Inverted sugar, Honey, Mixed spices, Wafer (Potato starch). May contain traces of Soy, Hazelnuts, Walnuts and Milk.

Dating back to the Middle Ages, Panforte Siena PGI Nero is one of the oldest traditional Sienese desserts, the recipe of which is dictated by the production regulations of the association for the protection of ricciarelli and panforte [https://www.coripanf.org/]. Our Panforte is the result of the processing and subsequent baking of a mixture based on quality ingredients: flour, candied fruit, almonds, sugars, honey and spices including pepper and chilli pepper. We make sure that our ingredients are always fresh and come from the best farms.
