Ingredients: Wheat flour, Sugar, Hazelnuts 15%, Eggs, Butter, Cocoa 3,7%, Milk, Honey, Raising agent (Sodium acid pyrophosphate, Sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch, anti-caking: calcium carbonate).
May contain traces of Soybeans, Almonds, Pistachio Nuts, Walnuts.

These are traditional Tuscan desserts, to which we have added hazelnuts from the province of Viterbo. Viterbo hazelnuts are highly valued for their excellent flavour, aroma, and texture. Our cantucci are made in the traditional, hand-crafted way, using only the highest quality raw materials including flour, sugar, honey, butter, and eggs. Once the preparation is complete, the cantucci are baked and cut into the characteristic diagonal shape. When cooled, the cantucci are sealed in food storage bags and packed in decorative cardboard presentation boxes. Cantucci have a distinct aftertaste of hazelnuts and eggs on the palate and a slightly crunchy texture.
