Ingredienti: Farina di grano tenero “0”, Zucchero, Scorza di arancio candita 20% (Frutta, Sciroppo di glucosio-fruttosio, Saccarosio, Acidificante: acido citrico), Uova, Burro, Latte, Miele, Agente lievitante (Difosfato disodico, carbonato acido di sodio, amido di frumento, antiagglomerante: carbonato di calcio), Aromi.

Typical desserts of the Tuscan tradition, these cantucci include the addition of exclusively Italian orange peel to the candied fruit mixture. Our cantucci are obtained from the artisanal processing of excellent-quality ingredients including flour, sugar, honey and eggs. We make sure that our ingredients are always fresh and come from the best farms. At the end of the preparation, the cantucci are baked and cut while still hot in order to obtain the characteristic oblique shape. Once cooled, the cantucci can be packaged in sealed, food-grade bags and then placed in decorated cardboard boxes. The consistency at the first bite is crunchy, then thanks to the premium-quality butter these desserts melt immediately in the mouth releasing their flavour with a strong aftertaste of oranges and eggs.
